Bitwise Solana Staking ETF Surpasses $1 Billion in Assets
Bitwise's Solana Staking ETF has become the first individual Solana ETF to surpass $1 billion in assets, according to a recent announcement by Bitwise. The fund, known as BSOL, achieved this milestone less than ten months after its launch on October 28, 2025.
The BSOL fund currently holds approximately 9.33 million SOL, with a market value of around $1.018 billion, representing about 0.137 SOL for each outstanding share. The fund's net asset value (NAV) stands at $14.95 per share, while the market price is slightly higher at $15.03, resulting in a 0.56% premium to its underlying NAV.
BSOL has dominated Solana ETF demand, with over $1.7 billion in accumulated inflows across the category. The fund's early access to the U.S. market helped it collect about $420 million during its first trading week and has retained most of its assets despite SOL's steep decline during the first half of 2026.
Bitwise reported that 96% of BSOL's assets are staked, with a net reward rate of 5.80%. The fund's structure allows Bitwise to delegate most of its SOL to validators and add the resulting rewards to the fund, without distributing them as separate cash payments.
