Bitwise Unveils New Branding on Ledger Validators Across Solana and Cosmos
Bitwise has rebranded Ledger Wallet validators across Solana, Cosmos, and Injective networks. The change was expected as Bitwise acquired Chorus One in February 2026, inheriting over $2.2 billion in staked assets. Despite the name change, the validator infrastructure remains unchanged, with no impact on fees or rewards.
The rebranding is part of Bitwise's consolidation efforts under its Bitwise Onchain Solutions (BOS) division, which focuses on institutional and self-custody users. By absorbing Chorus One's operations across 30-plus networks, Bitwise has become one of the largest institutional staking providers in the space.
Bitwise now manages over $15 billion in client assets, with a strong emphasis on integrating with Ledger Wallet for competitive staking yields on Solana. The acquisition positions Bitwise as a one-stop shop for institutions seeking exposure to proof-of-stake yields without building their own infrastructure.
