Bitwise Unveils NRR Ticker for Proposed Spot NEAR ETF

Bitwise Asset Management has disclosed the ticker for its proposed spot NEAR ETF in an amended filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund, which would trade under the NRR ticker on NYSE Arca if approved, intends to stake up to 100% of the trust's NEAR holdings to earn additional income through protocol rewards.

NEAR rose about 4% to $1.73 following the filing, while futures open interest climbed nearly 6%

The Bitwise filing comes as US asset managers broaden their digital asset offerings, with Grayscale also amending its filing for a proposed NEAR investment product and Morgan Stanley launching exchange-traded products tracking Ethereum and Solana.
