The updated filing reveals that the ticker symbol for the Bitwise NEAR ETF will be NRR. The issuer plans to list and trade shares on NYSE Arca following SEC approval.

Additionally, the update includes a seed capital investment by Bitwise Asset Management in its parent company, purchasing $200 worth of shares at $25 each, resulting in 8 shares received.

The trust aims to stake 100% of the NEAR protocol, generating additional income for investors. The issuer has not yet disclosed management fees or potential fee waivers.
