BlackRock Drives Crypto ETF Surge with $260M Inflows
BlackRock's dominance of the crypto ETF market continued on Tuesday as its IBIT fund led the charge, pouring $143.57 million into Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The influx brought in a total of $189.30 million across five funds, extending the strong start to the week for Bitcoin ETFs.
The total trading value across Bitcoin ETFs reached $1.36 billion, while combined net assets closed at $79.30 billion. Grayscale's Bitcoin Mini Trust added another $2.86 million to its balance sheet, but Vaneck's HODL was the lone fund to record an outflow, losing $16.92 million.
Ethereum ETFs also saw significant inflows, with BlackRock's ETHA supplying most of the capital at $64.68 million. The total trading value for Ethereum ETFs reached $524.77 million, while combined net assets closed at $10.83 billion.
Other cryptocurrencies, such as XRP and Solana, also saw positive activity, with XRP ETFs attracting $5.81 million across three products and Solana ETFs adding $1.58 million primarily through Bitwise's BSOL.
