BlackRock has filed with the SEC for a new fund called the BlackRock Daily Reinvestment Stablecoin Reserve Vehicle, trading under the ticker RSVXX. This money market fund will hold cash, short-term Treasuries, and overnight repurchase agreements.

The filing lists three networks for recording share ownership: Solana, Ethereum, and Tempo. Securitize will act as RSVXX's transfer agent, keeping track of who owns what shares.

This fund is designed to qualify as an eligible reserve asset under the GENIUS Act, a 2025 stablecoin law. This means issuers could hold RSVXX shares as part of their backing reserves.
