BlackRock's IBIT Swallows $143M in Bitcoin Investments
BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) has seen a significant influx of investment in recent days, pulling in roughly $143.57 million in net inflows on a single day.
This marks another data point in the trend of institutional buying through IBIT, which has become a dominant vehicle in the US spot Bitcoin ETF landscape.
IBIT has maintained its position as the largest US spot Bitcoin ETF by assets under management since launching in early 2024.
The fund accounted for $693 million out of $853 million in total spot Bitcoin ETF inflows in August 2026, a staggering 81% of all money flowing into the product category.
This is not an isolated event; multiple inflows around the $144 million mark have been recorded throughout 2026, suggesting a recurring rhythm of institutional allocation.
