Blockchain Gaming Industry Launches AI Governance Initiative
The Blockchain Game Alliance (BGA), Deloitte, and DMCC have launched the AI & Agentics Council to establish governance standards for AI-powered agents in blockchain-based gaming ecosystems.
The council aims to develop industry-wide frameworks covering governed autonomy, human accountability, model-independent infrastructure, and economic systems that enable AI agents to participate alongside human players.
The initiative addresses one of the most significant challenges facing the emerging sector: determining responsibility when AI agents independently execute transactions or make financial decisions.
