BlockDAG Presale Rises Amid Avalanche and Polygon's Multi-Year Lows
Avalanche and Polygon are two examples of layer-1 and scaling projects that failed to recover from their multi-year lows. Despite having strong fundamentals, including real activity on their networks, both coins have declined by over 95% from their peaks in 2021.
Avalanche once traded near $145 during the 2021 mania but is now trading at around $6.40, a drawdown of roughly 95.6%. Polygon, which peaked at $2.92 in December 2021, is now trading near $0.075, a decline of about 97% from its all-time high.
The BlockDAG (BDAG) presale offers a structurally different setup compared to Avalanche and Polygon. It has a fixed stage schedule with 25 stages climbing toward a final presale price of $0.05, giving investors a clear path upward without the burden of accumulated selling pressure from a previous cycle.
The BlockDAG blockchain is already live, processing real network activity, and has several working consumer products, including the BlockDAG Casino, mining hardware delivery, and an upcoming exchange to add trading and liquidity. This foundation may help BDAG avoid the same trap as Avalanche and Polygon.
