BNB Chain Tokenized Equities Surge Near 50% as bStocks Takes the Lead
BNB Chain's tokenized equities have surged to near 50% of the market, driven by the success of bStocks. The platform has accumulated over $500 million in assets under management and has seen cumulative trading volume surpass $19 billion.
The rapid growth of bStocks has shifted the balance of power in the tokenized equity market, with BNB Chain now holding nearly half of the $2.9 billion tracked supply. This concentration raises questions about the network's reliance on a single product family and its ability to maintain momentum without it.
Ethereum still dominates the broader real-world asset (RWA) market, holding around 45% of the market share, followed by BNB Chain with 15%. The network's growth in tokenized equities is seen as a strong indicator of its potential, but experts warn that expansion into other asset classes, such as Treasuries and funds, could be crucial to long-term success.
The price of Binance Coin (BNB) has been influenced more by market beta than the RWA milestone, with a 30-day correlation of 81% between crypto market capitalization and gold. The immediate resistance for BNB is at $700, while support levels are around $680 and $660.
