BNK Investment Expands Tokenized Securities Push with EverTreasure
BNK Investment & Securities and fintech firm EverTreasure have formed a strategic alliance to structure and distribute tokenized securities backed by cultural intellectual property. The agreement covers the creation of fractional investment vehicles tied to film productions, performing arts, and fine art pieces.
The partnership is a key step ahead of South Korea's tokenized securities framework taking effect on February 4, 2027. BNK will handle regulated issuance, distribution, and investor recruitment, while EverTreasure will manage the blockchain infrastructure and cultural asset curation via its YEATU platform.
EverTreasure operates a specialized platform that focuses on distributed ledger authentication and the valuation of cultural goods. The company's system handles due diligence procedures, investment contract generation, and subsequent monitoring of the underlying assets.
