Boerse Stuttgart Digital and Tradias Merge to Form European Crypto Infrastructure Unit
Boerse Stuttgart Digital and Tradias have merged to form a new digital asset infrastructure unit. The combined entity will offer trading, custody, staking, and tokenization services for banks, brokers, and financial institutions across Europe.
The merger brings together two prominent companies in the European institutional crypto ecosystem, with approximately 300 employees. Christopher Beck and Ulli Spankowski will serve as co-CEOs of the new organization, which is headquartered in Frankfurt and Stuttgart and has a presence in eight additional cities.
The merged unit's client base includes top-tier financial institutions such as DZ Bank, DekaBank, Intesa Sanpaolo, and Société Générale-FORGE. Tradias serves clients including flatexDEGIRO, dwpbank, and European government institutions, providing trading and market-making services for more than 150 cryptocurrencies and other digital assets.
