Boerse Stuttgart Digital and Tradias Unite Forces in Crypto Merger

Share

Boerse Stuttgart Digital and Tradias have completed their merger to form a combined digital-asset infrastructure business. The deal was first announced in February, with the two companies set to unite their regulated crypto operations and expand services for banks, brokers, and other financial institutions across Europe.

The merged entity will operate under the Boerse Stuttgart Digital name, while Tradias will continue to be used as a brand for trading services. The combined company will offer a range of digital-asset services, including trading, custody, staking, and tokenization.

Key leadership appointments include co-CEOs Christopher Beck, founder of Tradias, and Ulli Spankowski, managing director of Boerse Stuttgart Digital. The merged business will be headquartered in Frankfurt and Stuttgart, with additional offices in several European and Middle Eastern locations.
