Bond Yields Sink Bitcoin Below $80K Amid Shift in Investor Attention

Bitcoin's recent rally has come to an end as it slipped below $80,000 on Tuesday, mirroring the decline in gold prices.

The move is attributed to a decrease in US bond yields, which have been trending downward for weeks. The 30-year bond yield dropped to its lowest level since August 7, reaching below 5.2%.

As a result, investors are shifting their attention away from the Treasury and towards upcoming events such as the release of July's Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) index on Wednesday and Nvidia's earnings report later that day.
