Brandt Revives 7-Year-Old Parabolic Target for Bitcoin
Peter Brandt has revived his iconic logarithmic chart from June 2019, which predicted Bitcoin's target price would reach $100,000. The chart shows that the structure of Bitcoin's fourth parabolic phase remains valid, with the current price compressed near the lower boundary of the historic ascending channel.
The cryptocurrency's cyclical performance has been unmatched by any traditional asset, including Apple, Amazon, Netflix, and gold. Historical data recorded gains of 20x, 489x, 42x, and 93x in Bitcoin's previous cycles.
Brandt notes that the current phase is supported by institutional capital inflows through spot ETFs, unlike the 2019 parabola which was fueled purely by speculation and retail investor sentiment. The logarithmic trajectory itself remains unchanged, but the returns will be affected by the enormous market capitalization of Bitcoin.
The path to new highs will not be linear, but as long as the lower boundary of the trend holds, Bitcoin's price action will continue to play its own game.
