Brazilian Investors Get Local Access to $10B+ STRC Preferred Shares via New ETF
Brazil's OranjeBTC is launching a new ETF called DIGY11 on the B3 exchange in early September, allowing local investors to access income from U.S. Bitcoin treasury strategy STRC.
The fund will invest 95% of its portfolio into STRC preferred shares and the remaining portion will target Strive's SATA.
DIGY11 is different from traditional Bitcoin ETFs as it doesn't buy Bitcoin directly, instead investing in preferred shares that provide recurring income while gaining exposure to companies with large Bitcoin holdings.
According to OranjeBTC, investors can expect annual distributions equal to Brazil's CDI rate plus roughly 3% to 5%, after fund costs and subject to market conditions.
