A British man has recovered £3.3 million in Bitcoin that he lost for over a decade after the collapse of early UK exchange Intersango.
The investor, identified only as Chris, originally invested £1,500 in Bitcoin in 2011 and had largely written off the holdings after years of failed recovery attempts.
Cel Solicitors gathered records to prove his ownership and prepared documents for US courts before negotiating a settlement that returned all 61 BTC to Chris.
