BTC Digital Ltd. has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Vietnamese partners to explore an AI data center project in Hai Phong, Vietnam.
The project aims to provide a power load of about 300 MW and will undergo a two-year evaluation process.
The MOU outlines the key steps for the project, including assessing site readiness, power access, technical design, permitting, customer demand, and financing.
