BTC Digital Ltd.'s Georgia Project Approaches Deployment Readiness with 10MW Computing Infrastructure
BTC Digital Ltd., a Nasdaq-listed digital computing infrastructure company, announced that its cryptocurrency computing infrastructure project in Georgia is nearing deployment readiness. The facility has a planned power capacity of 10 megawatts and will support up to approximately 900,000 TH/s of theoretical computing capacity at full deployment.
The project's construction has been completed, and the Company expects to deploy high-performance mining machines within the next two months. This move is part of BTC Digital Ltd.'s continued expansion of its computing infrastructure footprint in the United States.
The facility will increase the Company's self-controlled infrastructure resources in the US and enhance the operating scale and asset efficiency of its cryptocurrency mining business. The capabilities accumulated through this project will also provide a practical foundation for BTC Digital Ltd.'s subsequent expansion into higher-value AI and high-performance computing infrastructure businesses.
