BTC Digital Partners with Vietnam Firms for AI Data Center Project in Hai Phong

BTC Digital Ltd., a Nasdaq-listed digital computing infrastructure company, has signed a three-party memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Nam Trang Cat Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (NTC) and SG Partners Co., Limited (SGP) to advance an artificial intelligence data center project in Hai Phong, Vietnam.

The MOU establishes a framework for evaluating and preparing the AIDC project. The parties intend to conduct phased work on feasibility, site and power-access verification, network and cooling design, permitting, customer-demand validation, and financing and investment planning.

Nam Trang Cat Industrial Park in Hai Phong covers approximately 2 million square meters with a planned power load of around 300 megawatts. The parties aim to verify the site and power profile, complete technical design, map permitting requirements, and evaluate the project's capital structure.

BTC Digital's CEO, Siguang Peng, commented that the MOU provides a practical framework for the next stage of work. He emphasized the importance of validating key conditions before making investment or construction decisions.
