BTC Digital Reclaims Nasdaq Listing After Share Price Rally
BTC Digital, a Singapore-based Bitcoin mining operator, has successfully regained Nasdaq's $1.00 share-price floor after tumbling below it earlier this month.
The company disclosed on September 2 that it had received a deficiency notice from Nasdaq, citing 30 consecutive business days of trading below the required minimum bid price of $1.00 per share.
However, in a swift turnaround, BTC Digital's stock recovered above the threshold within just a week, with Nasdaq confirming compliance on September 3 and closing the matter.
This development is crucial for the company as it removes the risk of delisting from Nasdaq, which would have severely impacted its liquidity and access to capital markets.
