BTC Digital Signs MOU for AI Data Center Project in Vietnam

BTC Digital has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Nam Trang Cat Investment and SG Partners to advance an artificial intelligence data center project in Hai Phong, Vietnam.

The three-party framework will evaluate and prepare the project, which is expected to be located in the 2 million square meter Nam Trang Cat Industrial Park. The site has a planned power load of approximately 300 MW.

Under the MOU, NTC will support local project coordination and assist with verifying relevant site, power, and infrastructure conditions. BTC Digital will contribute its digital computing infrastructure experience and international business resources to project evaluation and technical preparation. SGP will engage with potential investors, financing sources, and industry participants.
