BTC Price Teeters on Edge as MemeToro Prepares for Fair-Launch Milestone
Bitcoin (BTC) is hovering around $79,300 after yet another failed attempt to break through the $82,000 resistance area. This leaves the short-term price prediction in a precarious balance between a potential move towards $85,000 and a pullback to $77,300.
The current technical forecasts suggest that if buyers can successfully defend the $79,000 level, BTC could reach the upside target zone of $82,300 to $85,000. However, a failure at this support level would likely lead to a retest of around $77,300 before another recovery attempt.
Macro conditions are also playing a significant role in determining which path Bitcoin will take. A stronger U.S. jobs report has raised concerns about the Federal Reserve's September policy decision, which could put pressure on BTC if tighter monetary policy is implemented.
In contrast, some analysts believe that the $14.5 billion debt buyback program by the U.S. Treasury could improve liquidity conditions, potentially supporting another breakout attempt and helping BTC challenge the $80,000 and eventually the $82,000 resistance levels.
