BTC Price Warning: Interest Rates, War Tensions, and ETF Withdrawals Weigh on Bitcoin

Bitcoin's recent attempts to break through $65,000 have been unsuccessful, and several indicators suggest another price drop may be on the horizon. One of the main concerns is the Federal Reserve's decision to keep interest rates unchanged, which has historically led to a price correction in BTC.

A similar pattern occurred after the FOMC meeting last week, with a $3,000 price decline over the past few days. While the recent correction to a 2-week low of $62,400 may have priced in this expected retracement, other macro factors could still negatively impact risk-on assets like Bitcoin.

The ongoing war in the Middle East has escalated tensions, with Iran reportedly striking tankers under US escort in the Strait of Hormuz. This development, combined with Trump's reported plan to attack Iranian energy assets, may lead to further instability and a decline in Bitcoin's price.

Internal factors also suggest that Bitcoin's price could drop. The financial vehicles associated with BTC experienced significant net outflows last week, with $61.53 million withdrawn on Thursday alone. This trend was followed by another $265 million withdrawal on Friday.
