BTC Stalls Near Key Resistance Levels as ETH and XRP Struggle
Bitcoin (BTC) is trading near its 50-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) at $65,145 after experiencing a mild correction earlier in the week. The cryptocurrency's price has been hovering around this level for some time, and its Relative Strength Index (RSI) indicates steady, non-overbought upside momentum.
The 100- and 200-day EMAs are clustered above the current price at $67,980 and $74,094, respectively. If Bitcoin were to break above these levels, it would need to reopen the path towards its distant horizontal resistance at $84,410.
Ethereum (ETH), on the other hand, is facing rejection from its 100-day EMA after being rejected by this level earlier in the week. Its price has been trading below the 50-day and 200-day EMAs at $1,831 and $2,187, respectively.
Ripple (XRP) is also struggling to break above its key resistance levels, sitting below its 50-, 100-, and 200-day EMAs at $1.143, $1.232, and $1.440, respectively. If it were to recover, it would need to overcome these hurdles.
