BTC Steady, ETH Eyes Breakout, XRP Falls to $1.00
Cryptocurrency prices have stabilized, with Bitcoin (BTC) holding above $64,000 and Ethereum (ETH) hovering around $1,900. However, Ripple (XRP) continues to decline, nearing its crucial $1.00 support level.
The Fear & Greed Index has improved slightly, moving from Extreme Fear to Fear territory, indicating a marginal increase in appetite for risk assets. Despite this, the index still suggests that investors are cautious and may be waiting for a sustained recovery before investing further.
Technical analysis of Bitcoin shows that it is holding above key support levels, with its price supported by both the SuperTrend line and an underlying rising trendline. However, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is slightly above neutral, while the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) has turned marginally positive, hinting at fading downside momentum.
Ethereum, on the other hand, is trading in a neutral-to-slightly bullish near-term tone, with its price capped by the 100-day EMA at $1,928. Ripple's technical outlook remains bearish, with its price decisively below key moving averages and the SuperTrend line.
