BTC Trapped Below $65,000 as Momentum Fades and Liquidity Builds
Bitcoin (BTC) remains stuck below $65,000 as its momentum weakens and heavy liquidity beneath the market raises downside risks. Two technical setups indicate that the $60,500-$62,200 region is a key area to watch before BTC can establish a stronger recovery.
Kaz's liquidity heatmap shows a notable concentration of resting orders below the current range, with $62,200 emerging as the key downside level. Clusters of equal lows around this area can attract price when stop-loss orders and other liquidity accumulate underneath them.
While a possible sweep of $62,200 is seen as the next significant downside event, Kaz also notes that the bearish move may not happen immediately. On lower time frames, he sees a possible rebound toward the $65,000 order-block area before another decline.
