BTCC Exchange Smashes Record with Over $1.5 Billion in July TradFi Trading Volume
BTCC Exchange has posted a record-breaking TradFi trading volume in July 2026, with a significant surge of over $1.5 billion, up from $500 million in June. This triple-month-over-month increase indicates a growing demand for commodities and index products on the platform.
The exchange's gold (XAU) and US Tech 100 stock index (TECH100) were among the most actively traded instruments, with gold alone accounting for over half of total TradFi volume. BTCC has been expanding its TradFi product suite to meet this growing demand, adding new products such as the KOSPI index and the KRWUSD forex pair.
To reduce trading costs and attract more users, BTCC launched a zero-fee campaign in June for select crypto pairs, including DOGEUSDT, RAVEUSDT, and PIPPINUSDT. This initiative has delivered strong results, with average daily trading volume climbing over 38% compared to the period before its launch.
Looking ahead, BTCC plans to continue expanding its TradFi product suite in response to changing user demand, focusing on broadening asset coverage, developing deeper liquidity, and reducing friction when moving between crypto and traditional markets.
