Buterin Skeptical of AI Threat to Bitcoin's Security

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin disagrees with Liron Shapira's prediction that Bitcoin will drop by more than 50% in the next two years.

According to Shapira, AI could undermine perceptions of Bitcoin's security, leading to a significant price drop.

However, Buterin believes this scenario is unlikely, stating that the likelihood of hash function or Proof-of-Work mechanism breaches is extremely low.

He also expects the network to handle issues through software updates without requiring community-wide rule changes.
