Bybit Debuts Conversational Assistant for Unified Financial Experience
Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, has unveiled Bybit AI, a conversational assistant that integrates various services within a single chat interface. This innovative feature allows users to describe what they need in plain language and have the requested action executed by the assistant.
The new AI-powered tool is designed to provide a seamless experience for trading, account management, and customer support. Bybit AI is part of the company's roadmap for its New Financial Platform, which aims to make financial services more accessible and efficient.
Bybit's Co-founder and CEO, Ben Zhou, said that the goal is to unify various services under a single interface, making it easier for users to find what they need and take action. The assistant will cover key features across Spot, Futures, and Options trading, as well as Bybit Earn, Copy Trading, Trading Bot, Loan, P2P, Bybit Card, and other services.
The company has also revealed a roadmap to bring its services together through Open API, connecting various modules in a more unified experience. This move is part of Bybit's ambition to position itself as a New Financial Platform built for the AI era.
