Bybit EU Steps In as Recommended Alternative for MEXC Users in the Netherlands

Bybit EU has partnered with MEXC to support Dutch users transitioning from the latter's platform due to regulatory requirements.

MEXC ceased operations in the Netherlands following the implementation of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR), which necessitates crypto-asset service providers to hold proper authorization.

Bybit EU, operating under a MiCAR license granted by Austria's Financial Market Authority (FMA), has been selected as a recommended alternative for MEXC users based in the Netherlands.

Nazar Tymoshchuk, Regional Country Manager at Bybit, stated that the platform is committed to providing 'a secure, seamless experience' for transitioning users.
