Bybit EU Supports MEXC Users in Netherlands Amid Regulatory Shift

Bybit EU has partnered with MEXC to support a seamless transition for Dutch users following MEXC's decision to cease operations in the Netherlands.

MEXC was forced to stop serving users in the Netherlands due to the implementation of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR), which requires all crypto-asset service providers operating in the EU to hold appropriate authorisation.

Bybit EU, headquartered in Vienna and operating under a MiCAR licence granted by Austria's Financial Market Authority (FMA), has been selected as a recommended alternative for MEXC users based in the Netherlands.
