Bybit EU Unveils AI-Powered Trading Interface for European Investors
Bybit EU, the Vienna-based European arm of crypto exchange Bybit, has launched an API trading interface to connect with AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude. The interface allows developers to link their own trading systems, automated strategies, and third-party applications directly to the platform's infrastructure.
The API gives users direct access to market data, portfolio data, and order execution. Once connected, users can query prices and holdings, manage spot orders, rebalance portfolios, and access spot margin with leverage of up to 10x using their preferred AI assistant.
Georg Harer, Co-CEO of Bybit EU, expects the trend of chat-based AI services to extend into financial services. He believes that AI lowers the barrier to building trading software while giving experienced developers more efficient ways to scale their solutions.
