Bybit Integrates Direct Crypto Spending for 80 Million Users
The cryptocurrency exchange Bybit has partnered with Mesh to enable direct crypto spending from exchange accounts. This partnership allows users of Bybit's 80 million+ customers to make purchases using digital currencies stored directly in their exchange accounts on participating merchant platforms.
According to the agreement, merchants already connected to Mesh can activate Bybit Pay without additional technical integration work. This eliminates the need for users to withdraw cryptocurrency from the exchange and manually convert assets or move funds to an external wallet.
The payment flow is straightforward: when shopping on a Mesh-integrated platform, users who see Bybit Pay among checkout options can complete their purchase directly using their Bybit account balance, no preliminary withdrawal required. Merchants gain access to Mesh's programmable settlement features, allowing them to customize payment processing across different markets.
Mesh provides the underlying technology that bridges cryptocurrency wallets, trading platforms, and financial applications. The company's network currently encompasses more than 300 integrated platforms. Bybit Pay is now available for businesses connected to Mesh's network starting September 3, 2026.
