Bybit Unveils AI-Powered In-App Assistant for Trading and Support
Bybit, a UAE-based cryptocurrency exchange, has launched an in-app conversational assistant called Bybit AI. This tool allows users to describe tasks in plain language and enables the system to interpret their intent and carry out actions on their behalf.
The initial rollout of Bybit AI covers various trading and support features within the app, including Spot, Futures, and Options trading, as well as Bybit Earn, Copy Trading, Trading Bot, Loan, P2P, and Bybit Card. This conversational interface is designed to simplify user interactions and reduce the need for manual configuration or API keys.
According to Ben Zhou, Co-founder and CEO of Bybit, 'Bybit AI is an important part of our roadmap for the New Financial Platform.' The feature can be activated by creating a dedicated Bybit AI sub-account, which is isolated from the user's main balance to limit potential risks associated with AI-driven actions.
In its long-term roadmap, Bybit plans to integrate more services into the same conversational interface using Open API infrastructure. This will allow users to access various trading, lending, and customer-support services through a single chat interface.
