Calacanis Again Urges Selling Bitcoin for Solana Citing 'Productive Projects'

Prominent angel investor Jason Calacanis has expressed his criticism of Bitcoin's strategy once again, urging investors to sell some of their holdings and invest in projects like Solana instead.

Calacanis claimed that if he owned Bitcoin through his brother, he would recommend selling half of it and allocating the proceeds into 'productive projects' such as Solana and Bittensor (TAO).

'The BTC power bottom is in!' Calacanis joked, adding that Solana and TAO are delivering new products, not just promises.

Calacanis has been a harsh critic of Strategy co-founder Michael Saylor's approach to Bitcoin, arguing that the company's dominance within the ecosystem distorts the market narrative. He believes investors should buy Bitcoin directly rather than purchasing Strategy shares.
