Prominent angel investor and early Uber backer Jason Calacanis has expressed his skepticism towards Bitcoin once again. In recent comments, he stated that if BTC were owned by his brother, he would recommend selling half of it and investing in 'productive projects' such as Solana (SOL) and Bittensor (TAO).

Calacanis argued that these two assets are actually delivering new products, whereas Bitcoin is only a store of value. He emphasized that the BTC power bottom is in, but did not provide any specific evidence to support this claim.

This marks a significant shift in Calacanis's stance on Solana, as he had previously claimed to have no ownership or ties to the token. However, in recent interviews and posts, he has become more positive about the blockchain, stating that entrepreneurs are building real products on top of it.
