Canary Capital Submits Fourth Amendment for Staked TRX ETF with 1.10% Fee
Canary Capital has filed an amendment to its registration statement for the proposed Canary Staked TRX ETF, providing more details on the fund's fee structure and staking approach. The filing discloses a management fee of 1.10%.
The proposed fund would introduce staking into the ETF wrapper, creating a different risk and return profile from a standard spot crypto fund. Up to 90% of the trust's assets could be staked, making it more attractive to investors seeking yield-linked exposure.
However, the filing does not mean approval is guaranteed. The SEC may ask questions, request changes, delay review, or block the path entirely depending on the structure. The separate rule-change process for exchange listing must also clear necessary regulatory steps.
