Canton Crypto Prices Plummet Below Key Support Level
The Canton Network's CC token has been experiencing a decline in value over the past week and month. In the last 24 hours, it dropped by nearly 6%, following a 17.75% decrease over the past week and a 24.95% drop over the past 30 days. The chain's high holders' revenue of $55.04 million over the past 30 days has not translated into stronger market demand or sustained price recovery, despite a burn mechanism that collects and burns fees.
The CC token's price has fallen below its $0.10 psychological support level, breaching a low of $0.106 made in January earlier this year. This low had previously been the launchpad for Canton crypto prices to rise to $0.195 in early February. The current downward trend is attributed to profit-taking, low volume, and broader risk-off market sentiment.
Technical indicators such as the CMF (-0.20) and RSI (20.7 on the 1-day timeframe) signal strong capital flows out of the market and a deeply oversold value. Traders are advised to sell the bounce, particularly at key areas around $0.100-$0.105 or former support zones between $0.116-$0.119.
