Cantor Advises AMINA Bank on Potential Public Listing
Cantor Fitzgerald is advising Swiss digital asset lender AMINA Bank on a possible public listing. This follows the Wall Street firm's expansion into crypto capital markets.
AMINA Bank, formerly known as SEBA Bank, recorded 69% revenue growth in 2024 and holds regulatory approvals in Switzerland and Europe. The bank operates under a license from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and offers cryptocurrency custody, trading, lending, and staking services for institutional and private clients.
Cantor's mandate builds on its partnership with Securitize, announced earlier in July, to support blockchain-based initial public offerings and follow-on share sales. However, it remains unclear whether AMINA would use Securitize's infrastructure for its potential listing.
