Cantor Advises AMINA on Path to Potential Public Listing
Swiss digital asset bank AMINA is working with Wall Street firm Cantor to explore options for a potential public listing.
The bank, which has raised around $245 million from investors including Julius Baer and DeFi Technologies, has considered several possibilities, including a SPAC merger. However, it now favors going public through a reverse takeover of a digital asset treasury company, according to two people familiar with the matter.
An IPO may be on the cards in the future, but AMINA's immediate concern is to raise strategic growth capital, an AMINA spokesperson said. The bank has explored several options and is currently discussing potential investors.
Cantor declined to comment on its role in advising AMINA.
