Cantor Fitzgerald Guides AMINA Bank Towards Public Listing
Cantor Fitzgerald is advising AMINA Bank, a FINMA-licensed Swiss digital asset bank, on a potential public listing. This move indicates that traditional finance heavyweights are eager to guide crypto-native companies into the public markets.
AMINA Bank has been making waves in the crypto banking landscape with its impressive growth and regulatory credentials. The bank reported 69% revenue growth for 2024, earning it the title of Switzerland's fastest-growing crypto bank at the time.
The bank has also secured a MiCA license through its Austrian subsidiary, allowing it to access up to 30 EU markets. Additionally, AMINA became the first regulated bank to support trading and custody for Canton Coin in May 2026.
Cantor Fitzgerald's partnership with Securitize enables public companies to pursue on-chain IPOs and offerings. This move positions Cantor as a key advisor for companies that want to tap into public markets without abandoning their on-chain ethos.
