Capital B Acquires Additional Bitcoin as Part of Its Treasury Strategy
Capital B SA (ISIN: FR0011053636), listed on Euronext Growth Paris, has confirmed its acquisition of 1 BTC for EUR 0.06 million as part of its Bitcoin Treasury Company strategy.
The company now holds a total of 3,140 BTC with an acquisition value of EUR 283.9 million at EUR 90,407 per bitcoin, corresponding to the average unitary acquisition cost of the BTC held.
Capital B has achieved a 'BTC Yield' of 2.13% YTD and a 'BTC Gain' of 60.1 BTC since the beginning of the year.
The company also announced an adjustment in the conversion price of OCA B-01, which will be converted into ordinary shares of Capital B SA.
