Capital B Raises €21M from Back and TOBAM to Fuel BTC Treasury Growth
Capital B, a European bitcoin treasury company listed on Euronext Growth, has raised €21 million in a private placement backed by Blockstream's Adam Back and asset manager TOBAM. The funds were raised through the sale of 36,219,070 shares at €0.58 each, a 6.45% discount to Wednesday's closing price.
The net proceeds are expected to reach about €19.9 million after fees and transaction costs. According to Capital B, these funds could buy approximately 270 BTC, increasing its treasury holdings from 3,145 BTC to around 3,415 BTC. This would value the new purchases at roughly $245 million based on today's BTC price of $77,960.
Capital B is one of the largest publicly traded bitcoin treasuries in the world, ranking 27th according to Bitcoin Treasuries. The company built its position primarily through fundraising rounds during the first half of 2026.
