Capital B Secures $24.5M for Bitcoin Treasury Amid Market Uncertainty
Capital B, a French Bitcoin treasury company, has raised $24.5 million through private share placement at €0.58 per ABSA, which bundles one share with four share-subscription warrants.
The fundraise saw the participation of Adam Back, CEO of blockchain development firm BlockStream, as well as asset manager TOBAM.
If all issued warrants are exercised, Capital B would receive an additional $158 million in capital through the issuance of 144.8 million ordinary shares.
The company plans to use the proceeds to acquire 270 BTC, increasing its total holdings to 3,415 BTC and making it the 29th largest publicly traded Bitcoin treasury company.
