Capital B Snaps Up 376 BTC in Largest Purchase This Year

French bitcoin treasury firm Capital B has made its largest purchase of Bitcoin this year, acquiring 376 BTC for €25.3 million ($29.4 million). This transaction brings its total holdings to 3,521 BTC, with an aggregate value of €309.4 million at an average price of €87,878 per unit.

The funds used for the purchase came from a private placement of €28.7 million, which included an additional investment of €7.6 million from Adam Back, who now holds a 17.64% stake in the company on an ordinary share basis.
