Cardano Bounces Back, Faces Crucial Resistance Test
Cardano's price has seen a significant bounce after what looked like a breakdown. The coin is now trading near $0.2082, up 13.01% over the past 24 hours.
The setup behind this bounce is unusual and deserves a closer look. According to data from CoinGlass, Cardanians on X reported that ADA's 24-hour trading volume grew 240% to $610.9 million, with the price up 9.78% over the same period, crossing back above $0.19.
The trendline structure on the ADA chart is also worth examining. The coin has been climbing while repeatedly taking support from a rising trendline. However, the third time price tapped that trendline, it broke down and closed below it, only to be reclaimed and rally hard soon after.
Now, Cardano is testing resistance at $0.2117, with a close above this level opening the door toward $0.2749 and then $0.3280. On the other side, a break and close below $0.1709 would confirm the trendline has genuinely failed this time, with $0.1532 as the next support to watch.
