Cardano Breakout May Unlock Road to $0.47
Cardano's recent price action has left investors wondering if ADA can stage a significant recovery in 2026. The cryptocurrency currently trades around $0.198, after rebounding from multi-year lows and gaining 14% over the past week.
Despite its modest gains, Cardano remains significantly undervalued, sitting about 94% below its all-time high of approximately $3.10. This has led to varying predictions for ADA's price in 2026, with some forecasting a rise to $0.22-$0.30 by year-end.
However, one analyst believes that Cardano could potentially break above the upper boundary of a long-standing descending channel, which would pave the way for a significantly larger recovery. If ADA maintains its position above this former resistance zone, the analyst sees potential for the price to climb toward $0.47, representing an increase of nearly 147% from current levels.
To achieve this target, Cardano will need to hold its breakout and avoid retreating back into the descending channel, which could weaken the bullish setup and lead to another retracement.
