Cardano Breakout Sparks Ecosystem Growth as HYPE Surges on Record Volume
Cardano (ADA) and its ecosystem are showing signs of growth after breaking out of a symmetrical triangle pattern. The asset has reached $0.195 for the first time since July 4, with its market cap up 24% over the past week.
The analytics firm Santiment noted that ADA has 7,070 fewer non-empty wallets than two months ago, indicating stronger buyers absorbing supply while retail confidence remains low.
Cardano's ecosystem activity has also picked up, with several developments contributing to the backdrop. These include Leios testnet work, Hydra scaling progress, Mithril upgrades, Pyth integration, and fresh Catalyst funding.
Meanwhile, HYPE is trading 3% higher after generating $218 billion in July perpetual trading volume on Hyperliquid Strategies Inc's DEX. This exceeds the combined $189 billion of other leading DEXs.
Avalanche (AVAX) has seen a surge in usage, with Kenya's national examinations body KNEC anchoring over 15 million academic records on the Avalanche C-Chain. This adds to growing list of governments building on the network.
