Cardano Breaks Out of Descending Trendline, Targets $0.2325

Instruments

Cardano's price has broken free from a descending trendline on its 4-hour chart, which had capped every previous bounce. The question now is whether this breakout has real legs or if it will fade like the attempts before it.

The setup shows that ADA must reclaim and hold $0.1681 as support to keep the breakout intact. If it does, the next resistance to watch is $0.1997, followed by $0.2325. On the other hand, a close below $0.1534 would put $0.1380 in view as the next support.

The market tone is likely to matter as much as this chart structure, with Bitcoin's influence being particularly significant. If Bitcoin holds firm or trends higher, it generally improves the odds of ADA reclaiming $0.1681 and working toward $0.1997 and $0.2325.
